About Filing for Bankruptcy in Oakland
I need to find out how to go about filing for Oakland bankruptcy. My family has fallen on rough times right now and we decided that the best course of action is to file for bankruptcy. I think this will help us out more than it would hurt at this point. I know that we need to find a bankruptcy lawyer to help us but I am not sure how to find one that will fit our needs nor do I know what to do next.
If anyone could help us out, it would be greatly appreciated. If anyone else has gone through this and could give us some advice, we would be grateful. We are not really sure where to go from here. This whole thing is very confusing, which I think they do on purpose to make it so not many people file unless they are desperate. We definitely are at this point.
